Your appointment is confirmed when you book online or we confirm by text or phone. We may ask for a deposit on jobs over $500.
Cancellations
Reschedule or cancel with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may carry a 25% fee.
Drop-off and pickup
Drop off at 606 N. Country Fair Dr, Champaign, IL. Please remove valuables. We'll text you when your car is ready.
Vehicle condition
We note your car's condition at drop-off. Pre-existing damage, deep scratches and heavy stains may only improve, and we'll tell you what to expect before we start.
Quotes
Online prices are for typical condition. Heavily soiled vehicles or extra requests may change the price, and we'll confirm with you first.
Payment
Payment is due at pickup. We take cash, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
